Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

What we are looking:

We’re looking for a Full-time Marriage and Family Therapist who can provide comprehensive therapeutic services to families, individuals, and children within a supportive and non-judgmental environment. The role involves addressing mental health, behavioral, and relationship issues while committing to family therapy principles and empowering clients.

What you will do:

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals.
  • Offers therapeutic interventions for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, end-of-life issues, addiction, pain management, social and interpersonal difficulties, and behavioral issues.
  • Conduct therapy sessions for individuals and families using evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
  • Deliver crisis management services to clients in urgent or distressing situations.

What you need:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).
  • Active LMFT license from the State of California.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
