Job Description
Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Your work will involve utilizing various therapeutic approaches, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will not only have experience counseling for addiction, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and other related conditions, but also have counseling experience with gender issues and child families.
Flexible, Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Providing individual, family and group therapy.
- Conducting initial and ongoing assessments.
- Developing individualized and follow-up treatment plans.
- Actively participating in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute positively to the overall treatment plan for clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Knowledge in parent-child intervention with high-risk children
- Knowledge of normal child development, parenting, and child abuse/neglect
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Appropriate and Active CA License in Marriage Family Therapy
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
