Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
It will be your responsibility to design treatments, provide crisis intervention, and use various therapeutic modalities. Expertise in counseling gender issues and kid families is a must, in addition to therapy for addiction, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and other related illnesses.
Flexible, Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Provides a full range of culturally sensitive behavioral health assessment, treatment, and case management services to children and/or adults with mental health conditions.
- Screens and performs comprehensive mental health assessments, crisis intervention/stabilization, short-term individual, family, and group therapy, psycho-education, individualized treatment planning, goal setting, collateral services, progress monitoring, and care coordination.
- Participates in the patient care team coordination by providing direct linkage between patients, external mental health service providers, and community-based organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Appropriate and Active CA License in Marriage Family Therapy
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
