Looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Type: Full-Time, Telehealth

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Role Description:

We are looking for talented Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to provide remote, telehealth services to our clients and their families. We’re looking to work with therapists who are passionate about providing the best possible care to young clients and their families.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical services including evaluation, individual, and family therapy for adolescents and children
  • Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate results of mental health assessments, and provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients.
  • Passion for our mission of improving the world's health through compassionate care and innovation.
  • Assess patients via a video-based encounter.
  • Perform virtual comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.
  • Collect, record and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history and reports.

Education & License:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of current residence
  • 3+ years of experience

Job Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
  • Ability to treat all ages preferred
  • Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
