Join Our Team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Role Description:

This is a Full-time role for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. The therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing emotional, mental, and relationship issues. They will create treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and maintain client records with confidentiality and professionalism.

The LMFT is responsible for performing the following duties:

  • Initial intake, assessments, brief therapy, crisis evaluation, phone triage with patients and referrals to appropriate services.
  • Interviews and evaluates patients for psychosocial, emotional and developmental needs.
  • Provides mental health services including individual and family therapy, crisis intervention for patients with mild to moderate conditions. Provides appropriate referrals for patients with severe mental illness. Treats patients of all ages including children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
  • Develops and updates treatment plans to help patients meet treatment goals following current standards of practice.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, including participation in all safety programs which may include assignment to an emergency response team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
  • Active Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • 3-4 years of experience in providing couples and family work or any related field.
  • Must live in
  • Must have high standards, strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Empathy, compassion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
