Salary:

  • $100k-$105k per year, plus bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
  • Providing individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.
  • Monitoring and documenting clients' progress in therapy, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, primary care physicians, or case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
  • Advocating for clients' rights and access to appropriate mental health services and community resources.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards of practice as outlined by state licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a LMFT in the state.
  • Two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders preferred
  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in treating mood disorders.
