Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job description

We are looking for skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to work in an outpatient mental health clinic, serving a wide variety of mental health disorders for all age ranges. Duties will include individual and group psychotherapy with opportunities for family and couples’ work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy to adult clients in an outpatient pain clinic.
  • Provide brief individual therapy to individuals in the FRP and evaluating their clinical progress in the program.
  • Perform Assessment and treatment planning for active caseload.
  • Provide clinical care informed by best practices in the field of pain psychology.
  • Refer to other modalities within the clinic as needed.
  • Provide clinical care that complies with all the legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • You are either a LMFT Licensed
  • 2-3+ years of experience
  • Experience in assessment and treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions.
  • Experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-oriented interventions
  • Trauma background with ability to do EMDR is a plus.
  • Familiarity working with chronic pain/trauma population, an integrated therapeutic approach is a plus.
