Looking For a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Salary Range: $120,000 to $130,000

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to work with individuals coping with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. The Therapist provides therapy services, with a focus on relational and interpersonal dynamics within families, marriages, and couples.

Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing individual, family and group therapy.
  • Conducting initial and ongoing assessments.
  • Developing individualized and follow-up treatment plans.
  • Actively participating in the multi-disciplinary team process to contribute to positively to the overall treatment plan for clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • License: Active license in Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • At least 3 years of experience in this field.
  • Strong clinical skills in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, interdisciplinary collaboration and linkage with resources.
  • Knowledge of individual and family development over the life spans.
