Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to work as part of our team in various aspects. You will work with couples together, and will also see each person individually. You will specialize in meeting the entire family.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with the members of the healthcare team and court officers, conservator's office and /or patient advocates as appropriate to expedite patient progress, while upholding patient rights and facility safety.
  • Maintains ongoing communication with multi-disciplinary team members regarding patient status and follow-up. Consults with team members in development of treatment plans.
  • Attends treatment team and staff meetings in services and case presentations as designated by unit/department/program.
  • Arranges and facilitates patient care conferences for difficult/high-risk psychosocial cases to enhance resolution of identified issues.
  • Develops interdisciplinary education to increase staff knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Holding an active state license
  • At least 2 years of experience in this field
  • Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
