Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Overview:

We are looking for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program! We are on a mission to expand access to high-quality, affordable care for behavioral health conditions. We utilize the power of technology to eliminate barriers and expand access to high quality mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Through telehealth services we are able to reach those in need, when and where they need it.

Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary Offer: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals remotely within our Group Practice to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, addressing all facets of a patient’s well-being.
• Provide immediate virtual support and guidance to families experiencing acute crises, assisting in stabilizing situations and resolving conflicts through online communication.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on virtual assessments, and continuously monitor and adjust these plans to track progress and ensure their effectiveness.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ,Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

Job Skills & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active State licensure as a LMFT, LCSW LPCC in CALIFORNIA
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in any of this field.
• Experience in group therapy is a plus!
• Comfortable utilizing multiple tech platform simultaneously, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools

• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Ability to complete comprehensive assessments
