Looking for a Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being. We provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. SALARY:
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Develops working relationship with leaders in community resource groups, representing the organization at meetings and on various committees that address the social needs of patients.
- Must have 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Active licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Ability to work and practice professional relationships with other therapists, medical professionals, and patients
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally and in writing)
- Annual Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year
