Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)!

To join our vibrant and expanding team of mental health experts, we are now looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is committed and experienced. The chosen applicant will play a crucial role in our expanding and dynamic mental health team by offering individuals, couples, and families in our community comprehensive marital and family therapy services. The chosen applicant will be in charge of offering our community's individuals, families, and groups comprehensive mental health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans for couples and families.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, focusing on substance abuse therapy.
  • Knowledge of solution-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
