Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
  • Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
  • Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
  • Develops working relationship with leaders in community resource groups, representing the organization at meetings and on various committees that address the social needs of patients.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT)
  • Must hold Active license in California as Marriage and Family Therapist
  • (3) years therapy experience with crisis counseling and working with adults, children and families in an outpatient setting desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to established policies, procedures, protocols, and the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
