SALARY
$100,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician with a Mental Health specialty to join our outpatient clinic. This is a specialty care clinic providing care to our high-risk patients. You will assist patients and families dealing with personal and environmental problems which predispose them to illness, or which interfere with their obtaining maximum benefits from medical care.

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated clinician with a Mental Health specialty to join our outpatient clinic. This is a specialty care clinic providing care to our high-risk patients. You will assist patients and families dealing with personal and environmental problems which predispose them to illness, or which interfere with their obtaining maximum benefits from medical care.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform individual, group and family therapy.
- Conduct family and child counseling with clients who meet medical necessity.
- Development and facilitation of psycho-educational groups, parenting and other classes as needed or required.
- Complete necessary client case materials, program forms and statistical data.
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
- Meet contractual obligation by billing a determined number of reimbursable hours.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Experience must be 3 years in counseling services.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Be a self-motivated individual; possessing the ability to initiate action related to billing hours and documentation.
