Looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a job opportunity.

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various therapeutic modalities and a passion for helping individuals improve their mental health and well-being.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Basic Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Performs initial interviews & assessments.
  • Join with patients to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing identified mental health symptoms of concern and presenting problems
  • Provides ongoing evaluation of individuals through the collection and synthesis of bio-psychosocial information from participants, families, referral sources, peers, and others as appropriate.
  • Gather relevant information necessary to accurately diagnose and treat patient; such as, mental status exam; functional impairments; behavioral health, substance use and trauma history; patient strengths and potential barriers to accessing services.
  • Demonstrates competencies that reflect current standards of chemical dependency knowledge, skills, and attitudes of professional practice.

Qualifications/ Required Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Must hold Active license as an LMFT
  • 2-3 years of experience in therapy required.
  • Respect for the confidentiality of all communications required within job duties, including client/employee records and documents, and electronic transmission by voice, data, and wire.
  • Drug-free; no misuse of alcohol or drugs while employed as a therapist.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
