Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed
SALARY:
We are top service provider and advocate for survivors of domestic and any related forms of violence. We provide a range of wrap-around services to help crisis survivors rebuild their lives in the aftermath of abuse, and work to end gender violence through three key strategies: direct services, outreach and training, and systems-change advocacy. We help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
SALARY:
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Provide ongoing and trauma-informed comprehensive counseling services to adult survivors;
- Assess for immediate safety concerns, including: high risk patients/clients who may be at risk for homicide, suicide and domestic violence;
- Provides comprehensive trauma-informed individual/group counseling services with a trauma and strengths-based perspective to help clients process, cope, and heal from experiences;
- Assess for immediate safety concerns, including: high risk patients/clients who may be at risk for homicide, suicide and domestic violence;
- Guide clients in the development of skills or strategies for dealing with identified goals;
- Complete documentation within appropriate guidelines using our electronic medical/health system.
- Must have proven 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Must hold current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
