Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, virtual, mental health care. This role requires strong clinical skills, a deep understanding of therapeutic approaches, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients. The Family Therapist will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote positive outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues, including crisis intervention and behavioral therapy via telehealth.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to identify and address underlying causes of behavioral challenges.
  • Utilize research-based practices to inform treatment and evaluate outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and patient progress.
  • Comply with regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, clinical psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active Fully licensed in the State of California
  • At least 2-3 years of Experience with research and its application to clinical practice.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including behavioral therapy.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality therapy services to diverse populations.
