Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Types: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Summary:

We stand alongside our clients, making them aware that they are now supported in a non-judgmental fashion and no longer have to walk alone. We create the space so clients can bring their whole selves along in this journey and unload what no longer serves them.

Responsibilities:

• Assess family needs and facilitate appropriate linkages for families to community-based services.
• Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Therapist responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, leading sessions with individuals and groups, and referring clients to specialists as needed
• Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to counsel them in treating various mental health disorders in order to lead a healthier lifestyle
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress

Qualifications:

• Valid license as LMFT
• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Must have 2 years of specialized training or experience
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to motivate clients

Salary: $120k – 130k a year
