We are looking to hire experienced Marriage and Family Counselor to join innovative, growth oriented and family centered clinical environment. The behavioral and clinical expertise of the team is leveraged to best meet customer needs and encourage healthy behaviors, address health equity and social determinants of health concerns, and proactively address top admission driving diagnoses. SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary;
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy on-site to children, adults and families;
- Apply brief solution-based therapy approaches and Implement harm reduction strategies when appropriate;
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve.
- Must have 3+ years of experience.
- Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current State Licensure as a LMFT or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with the healthcare team and customer
