SALARY:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis to promote positive behavioral change.
- Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in crisis
- Perform diagnostic assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Complete necessary client case materials, program forms and statistical data.
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling and, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Has a maximum 3 years of experience.
- Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
- Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
