We are looking to hire experienced Marriage and Family Therapist to join innovative, growth oriented and family centered clinical environment. The behavioral and clinical expertise of the team is leveraged to best meet customer needs and encourage healthy behaviors, address health equity and social determinants of health concerns, and proactively address top admission driving diagnoses. SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assesses patient and family psychosocial needs and develops plan of care
- Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility;
- Diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders;
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs;
- Apply brief solution-based therapy approaches and Implement harm reduction strategies when appropriate
- Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary; and
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve.
- Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current State Licensure as a LMFT or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with the healthcare team and customer.
- Keen problem-solving techniques.
- Must have 3+ years of experience.
