Position Summary:

This Licensed Therapist position will work within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency to work directly with clients in an outpatient office setting. With the ability to manage your own schedule, you will provide intake assessments, treatment planning, clinical interventions, and therapy sessions for clients.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Involves and advises family members when appropriate
• Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients.
• Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders.
• Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
• Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress.
• Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mental health counseling
• Experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for empowering young women to reach their full potential.
