Telehealth position open for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus

Your Role Involve:

  • Provide weekly evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions to adults with a wide range of emotional disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing software.
  • Encourage individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.
  • Assessing clients’ emotional and mental health needs, diagnosing and creating treatment plans to meet goals.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
