Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 per year plus bonus
Your Role Involve:
- Provide group and individual evidenced-based therapy through modalities consistently with assigned clients.
- Completes detailed and timely documentation including biopsychosocial assessment, weekly goal setting and treatment planning, progress notes, discharge planning, and group and individual sessions.
- Work with each client in establishing an aftercare plan that will set them up for success upon discharge from the program.
- Maintain regular contact with families, outside clinicians, and referring parties (as appropriate) to ensure continuity of care.
- Complete all required documentation promptly by company policies and procedures.
Qualifications Needed:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
- Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
