SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct virtual assessments and develop treatment plans based on clients' needs;
- Assesses patient and family psychosocial needs and develops plan of care;
- Organizes and prioritizes daily work by assessing new, current, and discharging patient needs in area(s) of responsibility;
- Provide diagnoses and treats various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders;
- Apply brief solution-based therapy approaches and Implement harm reduction strategies when appropriate
- Provides supportive, crisis bereavement and other social work interventions as necessary; and
- Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and individuals we serve.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current State Licensure as a LMFT or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with the healthcare team and customer
- Keen problem-solving techniques
- Must have 3+ years of experience.
