Looking for Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We will be developed under the direction of the Behavioral Health Therapy Supervisor. This includes acting as a backup for group therapy and clinical exams. In addition, they will supervise licensees and offer crisis intervention when necessary.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.
• Participate in the quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the program.
• Direct and assign daily work of all behavioral health therapists, performing annual performance reviews and enforcing unit and personnel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to complete annual training needs assessment per program guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, human services, counseling, or psychology-related field
• License with PA Board of Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists
• Five years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.
• Two (2) years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience required.
• High level of team orientation and collaboration with other professionals at the practice
