Looking for full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
You support our patients, their families, and our practitioners during difficult times. You provide targeted, efficient, and patient-driven short-term, urgent mental health care with a supportive approach. You provide hope and healing by defusing an often heated setting with evidence-based behavioral therapies. To put it succinctly, you embody the Legacy purpose of improving the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Provides individual and group therapy to patients in the program and engages families in the assessment and treatment processes when indicated. Provides education to patients on recovery.
- Maintains daily records of clinical productivity in the program as instructed.
- Superior rapport-building skills with clients
- Creates a treatment plan that includes an effective continuum of therapeutic, supportive and other services for the patients a variety and complexity of needs serviced by the program.
- Participates in the quality assurance and performance improvement activities of the program.
Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted License LMFT license
- Master’s Degree or higher in marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in this field
- Proficiency in group, family, and individual psychotherapy is favored.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check / finger printing and drug test.
