Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000 to $105,000
We have created a plan and established an atmosphere to practice primary healthcare support preventative medicine, rather than to focus our medical practice on those methods that simply suppress symptoms. We do more than treat medical conditions; we make the extra effort to educate, promote and encourage good health and wellness practices while providing a wide range of individual medical services.
Responsibilities:
- Provides specialized services to the Behavioral Health Department, such as special program coordination and management.
- Conducts intake interviews with new clients, as well as assesses and/or diagnoses client needs.
- Conducts individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
- Assists in developing community resources for preventive mental health services.
- Prepares and regularly maintains progress notes, closing, and/or transfer summaries on clients and related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Must be up to date on LMFT requirements and supervision guidelines
- Two (2) years of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services
- Ability to effectively communicate expectations to team members and demonstrate team building.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work efficiently with competing deadlines.
