We are currently looking to hire a clinical therapist to work as an independent contractor providing outpatient individual therapy to clients. Clinical therapy services include treatment of children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We strive to provide comprehensive mental health services and education to all individuals and communities. We promote emotional well-being, resilience, and a stigma-free environment for those affected by mental health challenges. Through innovative programs, research, and advocacy, we are dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and communities to lead fulfilling and mentally healthy lives.
SALARY:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
Requirements:
- Must have 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in clinical research, data collection, and coding is preferred but not required.
