SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides assessment, diagnosis, and health services using a broad range of assessment and therapeutic resources.
- Provides individual, group, and family counseling sessions for patients.
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Preferred 3 experience with working in Mental Health field.
- Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
- Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
