We are local group practice dedicated to offering high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can thrive while providing exceptional care to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for licensed mental health professionals to join our team as independent contractors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and be motivated to build and maintain a caseload in a private practice setting.
SALARY:
- $120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
- Deliver excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills
- Understand confidentiality and privacy regulations
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Must have 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Must hold current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and Proficient with multiple software and system applications.
