Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Family Therapist
SALARY
$100,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated therapists who would like to work independently while growing their clinical skills. We are a group private practice that encompasses a collaborative approach to our work environment. You will meet with clients to formulate an assessment with diagnosis and determine eligibility for admission.
SALARY
$100,000 to $105,000 per year with benefits
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individual, some family and couples therapy to children, adults, and families.
- Create and implement treatment plans and quarterly reviews on every client.
- Complete progress notes and all chart documentation within specified time frames.
- Maintain appropriate case record documentation.
- Actively participate in supervision sessions to continually enhance cultural competence and improve client outcomes.
- Offer support, guidance, and advice to clients, empowering them to navigate challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Current licensure as LMFT or equivalent.
- Must have 3 years of experience providing counseling services
- Proficiency in crisis management and cognitive behavioral therapy.
