Salary:
We are seeking a dedicated clinician to provide therapy services for our private practice. Salary:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Consult and coordinate with family and/or support system regarding client treatment and discharge planning.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active state license as an LMFT or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
