Full Time Position Needed as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
SALARY:
$120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. As Therapist, you will provide mental health services to our diverse patient population. If you excel in group dynamics, collaborate well within a team, and are trained in third-wave therapies. You will promote and maintain a safe environment conducive to healing and health promotion.
SALARY:
$120,000 - $130,000 per year and benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide mental health services to our clients
- Implement treatment plans and interventions under the guidance of licensed professionals
- Conducts evaluations and assessments
- Monitor and manage behaviors using behavior management strategies
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, provides counseling and/or psychotherapy
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Provide families with information, skills, and support related to enhancing their child's development.
- Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Must hold a valid license as LMFT in the state.
- Must have 3 years of experience in utilizing various therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication skills are needed to interact with patients, patient's family members, consultants, residents, hospital personnel, community agencies, and other resources.
