Looking for a Full Time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated licensed therapist to join our private practice and provide meaningful therapy services. Salary:
  • $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health services to our clients through online/telehealth services
  • Implement treatment plans and interventions under the guidance of licensed professionals
  • Conducts evaluations and assessments
  • Monitor and manage behaviors using behavior management strategies
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, provides counseling and/or psychotherapy
  • Provide families with information, skills, and support related to enhancing their child's development.
  • Utilize psychotherapy and evidence-based approaches to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state license as LMFT.
  • Must have 3 years of experience in diverse population.
  • Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic techniques
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
