SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

SALARY
$120,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct individual, couples, family or group therapy sessions to address clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.
- Utilize various therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to client needs and goals.
- Help clients develop coping strategies, insight, and skills to manage their challenges and improve their well being
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
- Provides decision support where multiple treatment options are available
- Empowers patients with skills to provide enhanced interaction with their providers
- Master’s degree in Family and Marriage Therapy or related field.
- Valid licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques, family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Ability to function both emotionally and physically under stressful conditions.
- Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
- Preferred 3 years of experience in behavioral therapy.
