Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job description

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are seeking mental health support. The Therapist will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, providing treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and maintaining clinical documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient's unique needs and goals
  • Diagnosing, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, evaluating treatment plans, and providing in house referrals for additional treatment needs
  • Conduct therapy sessions in individual, couples, family, and group settings
  • Monitor and evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Providing age appropriate assessments and interventions
  • Leading parent support groups and providing supportive therapeutic environments with special attention to issues of placement and adoption with prenatally substance exposed children

Requirements:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Holding an active state license
  • At least 2 years of experience in this field
