Looking for a Full-time Licensed Mental Family Therapist

Our group private practice promotes a collaborative approach, creating a supportive environment for professional development. In this role, you will conduct client meetings to formulate assessments, provide diagnoses, and determine eligibility for admission. SCHEDULE:
  • Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
SALARY
  • $90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Complete and evaluate mental health diagnostic assessments
  • Create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
  • Assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Offer support, guidance, and advice to clients, empowering them to navigate challenges related to mental health and cultural identity.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Actively participate in supervision sessions to continually enhance cultural competence and improve client outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure as LMFT or equivalent.
  • Prior experience for a minimum of 3 years in providing mental health therapy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and professionals.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
