Seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We’re excited to expand our vibrant team of mental health professionals and are seeking a committed and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). The selected candidate will play a vital role in our dynamic team, providing comprehensive marital and family therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in our community. This position involves delivering essential mental health support to individuals, families, and groups, helping to enhance overall well-being.

Position: Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Salary

  • $120k to $130k a year plus benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay informed about best practices, emerging research, and trends in the marriage and family therapy field.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active LMFT license in the state.
  • Minimum 2 year of clinical experience, focusing on substance abuse therapy.
  • Knowledge of solution-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
