Salary:

  • $100k to $105k per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon State
  • 2-3 years’ Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
