Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:

  • $120,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Current/ active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting
  • Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
