Full Time Position as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who practice cultural humility in providing services to the assigned clients for this position. Therapists will be working with adults, children, adolescents and their families in individual and a group format. Through our customized programs, and comprehensive global network of credentialed providers and professionals, we support individuals to become healthier, happier and more productive both personally and professionally.

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who practice cultural humility in providing services to the assigned clients for this position. Therapists will be working with adults, children, adolescents and their families in individual and a group format. Through our customized programs, and comprehensive global network of credentialed providers and professionals, we support individuals to become healthier, happier and more productive both personally and professionally.
Salary:
- $100,000 - $105,000 per year and benefits
- Provide clinical counseling to assigned clients using Motivational Interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques.
- Work as part of a clinical care team to provide integrated health care for clients.
- Be prepared to respond to client crisis as appropriate or needed.
- Complete mental health assessment, provisional diagnosis, and risk assessment, reviewed and confirmed by a master’s level mental health professional, ARNP or psychiatric provider.
- Work with clients and multidisciplinary team to develop a treatment plan and track progress in achieving goals.
- Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
- In addition to the above, perform other duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as an LMFT in the state.
- Must have at least 2 years of full-time relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Annual Salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year
