We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver therapeutic services to individuals facing mental health challenges, employing a range of therapeutic modalities. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to our patients, supporting them in embracing holistic approaches to wellness.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

SALARY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand your patient's problems, decide on a course of treatment and help them cope.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Understand the theoretical framework of your treatment method and use it to analyze specific situations.
- Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed
- Stay informed on the latest developments in the field
- Be willing to grow and learn the most effective methods of treatment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, or related field.
- Active Washington state LMFT license.
- Prior 3 years of experience in care coordination or mental health assessment
- Must communicate clearly and effectively in both a written and verbal format.
- Deep empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Thorough knowledge of ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
