Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Sparkle Mental Health Clinic are seeking a dedicated LMFT to provide comprehensive mental health care, including crisis intervention and trauma-informed support for individuals and families. The ideal candidate will deliver care in a compassionate, confidential manner, and be flexible with availability beyond typical office hours. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to consult with management on organizational needs.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000/year with full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor client progress.
• Educate clients on mental health, emphasizing recovery from addiction as a medical condition.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT licensure.
• Up to 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities and patient assessments.
