Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Wanted in Sparkle Mental Health Clinic
We are looking for a skilled LMFT to join our team and provide comprehensive support for individuals and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges. This full-time role requires a compassionate approach, trauma-informed care, and the ability to handle crises with professionalism. Flexible hours are a must.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000/year with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to individuals, groups, and families.
- Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans.
- Monitor client outcomes as part of a collaborative team.
- Educate clients on addiction recovery and mental health management.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of client care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in MFT and current LMFT licensure.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong skills in family and individual therapy, and proficiency with therapeutic interventions.
