We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our fast-growing telehealth private practice. SALARY
$110,000 to $130,000 a year with benefits

SALARY
$110,000 to $130,000 a year with benefits
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct virtual culturally sensitive mental health assessments
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, considering their cultural and personal backgrounds
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address patients' mental health concerns and promote resilience and well-being
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure as LMFT.
- Must have 2 years of experience delivering therapy services through telehealth.
- Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in therapy
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
