Full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Needed for an Outpatient Clinic

We are looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our clinic. We specialize in delivering evidence-based therapies and comprehensive mental health services. With a focus on empowering individuals facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression, we are committed to helping our clients achieve lasting wellness. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and facilitating positive transformations.

SCHEDULE:
Monday Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

SALARY:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, considering their cultural and personal backgrounds
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address patients' mental health concerns and promote resilience and well-being
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current California state licensure as LMFT.
  • Prior 2 years of work experience in outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
