We are looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our clinic. We specialize in delivering evidence-based therapies and comprehensive mental health services. SCHEDULE:
Monday Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
SALARY:
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients' unique experiences and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patients, considering their cultural and personal backgrounds
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address patients' mental health concerns and promote resilience and well-being
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current California state licensure as LMFT.
- Prior 2 years of work experience in outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
