Looking for a Full Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our Private Practice.
We are searching for qualified and enthusiastic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join is a multi-disciplinary clinical team that assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. As Therapist, you will provide clients and their families with support in learning new skills and connecting to community resources.
Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
We are searching for qualified and enthusiastic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join is a multi-disciplinary clinical team that assumes responsibility for directly providing needed treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. As Therapist, you will provide clients and their families with support in learning new skills and connecting to community resources.
Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Provide mental health assessments for new program clients
- Develop an individualized treatment plan in collaboration with each client
- Provide education information in conjunction with direct service providers related to treatments, procedures, medications, and continuing service requirements.
- Monitor client symptoms and medication response
- Complete all required clinical documentation in a timely and client-centered manner
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Must hold a valid Washington state license as an LMFT.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health services.
- Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Proficiency in treatment models appropriate to clinician’s modalities and scope of training
- Computer literacy, including the use of HIPAA compliant EHR software
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
