We are looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist for our growing clinical team. Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits

Salary:
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Delivers direct patient services, such as performing initial assessment, diagnosis, and documentation of each event necessary to determine placement for level of care.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other modalities, to address clients' mental health concerns.
- Delivers direct patient services performing individual and group therapy sessions, and documentation of each event, as needed.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records in compliance with regulations
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining licensure and participating in ongoing professional development activities
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state licensure as an LMFT.
- With proven 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building therapeutic rapport with clients.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing inclusive, client-centered care.
